This will be an opportunity to explore those changes.  Everyone deals with this in their own way & in their own time frame. \nSome of the questions we may cover are: \nTake the time and ask yourself what truly matters to you. \nDo you see life as a spiritual experience as well as a physical experience?  What rituals are important to you? \nHow does watching our peers age and die effect us and our relationships.  \nWhat legacy will you leave? \nHow do you want to prioritize your time to do the things you really want to do when you are in your final chapter? \n  \nIn November\, we will explore what we can do to find more acceptance of our aging. \n  \nThe 4th Tuesday of every month.
